Who handles the data

The data controller is Bridges Engineering S.r.l., Tecnopolo d’Abruzzo, SS17 località Boschetto di Pile, 67100 L’Aquila (AQ), VAT no. 01842560664. For any request about your data you can write to us through the contact form.

What data we process and why

• Contact form requests: name, company, email, phone number if you give it, and your message. We use them only to reply to you and for any negotiations that follow (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). We keep them for as long as the request is open and for at most 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.
• Reserved area: when you sign in with your SunBridges credentials, the website passes them to the platform to check them and does not store them. It only keeps your name, email and role for the length of your session (Art. 6.1.b).
• Technical and security data: the server logs the IP addresses of requests for a few days, to protect the website from abuse (Art. 6.1.f).
• Visit statistics: we count page views without cookies and without personal data. To count the different visitors in a day we use a fingerprint that changes every day and cannot be traced back to anyone; it is deleted the next day.

What we do not do

No advertising, no profiling, no tracking cookies, no sharing of data with third parties for their own purposes.

Who else sees the data

Only the suppliers we need to run the website, as data processors: the website host (Aruba, on the Bridges server) and the service that delivers contact form emails (Resend). Transfers outside the European Union are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. The map on the contact page, if you choose to open it, loads its images from OpenStreetMap.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a readable format (Art. 15-22 GDPR). We reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).
