Delete your Sun Bridges account

How to ask

• From the app: Account, then “Request account deletion”.
• From the website: write to us through the contact form, choosing “Something else” and giving your account email, with the subject “Sun Bridges account deletion”.

What happens

We check that the request comes from you and delete the account within 30 days, confirming by email.

What is deleted

The account, open sessions, linked devices and notification tokens.

What remains

The log of operations on the machines, for as long as needed for safety and legal obligations, and the plants’ technical data, which concern the machines rather than you.
